LTE connectivity object (OBJTYPE_ANY, cls = SYSTEM_CLASS_LTE).

Holds the data-connection parameters as config items (reachable from a Config IO) and owns the connection lifecycle: start() connects, stop() disconnects, through the common NuttX LTE API. No data path.
